this is a very simple book, with easy to follow instructions, and easy to find ingredients. it isn't overwhelming, or intimidating at all. i find myself going back to it time and time again. every recipe that i have tried, from this book, come out wonderful.i wish other cook books(and baking) were this easy to follow.

This book is excellent- I've used many of the recipes with my Kitchen Aide and my food processer. I used it years ago but subsequently lost the book during a move and just reordered it and have started to make bread again- If I only had one bread book, this would be the one that I would use.

5.0 out of 5 stars Bread Baking Revisited, May 30, 2011

I was thrilled to get this old book I used to love. My original had fallen apart and been lost to moving, storage and yesterday I made some Anadama Bread from the recipe in the book for the first time in years. I love that a fellow breadlover pasted some favorites in their copy. Am having some toasted now with butter. Thank you.
