I can't believe more people haven't reviewed this book! It's been especially helpful to me because I bought my bread machine 2nd hand and it didn't come with a direction or recipe book. Most books for bread machines have instructions that say "add ingredients according to manufacturer's directions" well, if you don't have a manual, you're not sure what to do. This book solved that problem as the directions say to put the ingredients into the pan in the order that they're listed. A huge help to me!

The information contained in this book, from explaining what all the ingredients do and how they interact together to the helpful hints, possible "danger" areas, and shopping tips are invaluable. If you're new to bread machines or baking in general, you can't go wrong with this book. I think it's a must have.

I read through this book before my bread machine even arrived. It has more than just great recipes, it's packed full of everything you could want to know about bread and bread making. It has an easy to follow format and even a good dose of humor. I don't own other bread machine recipe books yet, but this one was not at all intimidating .

Great book... Great ideas I have learned a LOT about what makes bread work, so I can now know what I can and cannot modify in breads.

this book is really helpful. tells you about the different flours and how to mix them and what might have gone wrong when your break didnt come out. a fair amount of recipes. I have made a number of them and most of them came out great.

I ordered an received this book from Amazon (at a bargain) in less that a week. I read it as soon as I recieved it, and loved it. The first half is all about each phase of bread making, simply explained, The second half is recipes in each of the different bread groups. It eliminates alot of the verbage and just gives you the important information. I would highly recommend it to anyone interest in learning about bread making or just looking for good basic recipes.

Excellent book to learn more about the art of bread making and the best machine to fit your needs. I highly recommend this book for great tips, but would go to [...]for bread machine recipes. I felt like I was better prepared to make bread regularly by studying this book.

I love this book I cant stop baking bread lol love it. I had no idea how to use my bread machine until I brought this book good information easy to follow .

THIS IS A VERY GOOD BOOK TO READ BEFORE YOU BAKE YOUR FIRST LOAF. THE BOOK HAS HELPED ME USE MY BREAD MACHINES PROPERLY.
