I loved this cookbook. I have a collection of over 60 cookbooks and this has become an instant favorite. The recipes involve simple ingredients in unusual combinations; the instructions are wonderfully easy to follow. This is the kind of cookbook that allows me the luxury of enjoying a delicious meal even after a 9 or 10 hour workday.I give extra credit to Geoff Lung, whose beautiful photos make you want to take a bite out of the page.My thanks to Jill Dupleix for providing the perfect Christmas gift for several of my nearest and dearest this year.
