5.0 out of 5 stars Generational Curses are Real, December 31, 1999
By A Customer
I applaud Marlilyn Hickey for discussing a topic that the church wants to ignore. Generational curses are very real...the bible tells about these in no uncertain terms. Just because we are now under the dispensation of grace does not mean that we do not have to appropriate our deliverance. Satan wants to keep us bound and we need to know that we can be free in Christ Jesus. SO many people are in bondage because we don't know the truth. "My people perish for lack of knowledge", Hosea 4:6. This book is excellent, as is her first book on this topic. Our words, in line those of God, shape our future. "Death and Life are in the power of the tongue".

5.0 out of 5 stars Break the Generation Curse, May 21, 2000
By
This review is from: Break the Generation Curse (Paperback)
This book was very enlightening. It explains how curses are passed down from generation to generation in families.

We wonder why sometimes there is generations of families with alcoholism, or some kind of diseases. Is it a coincidence or is it a Generational Curse?

Marilyn Hickey's book explains how generations of curses are brought about, according to what the Bible says, and also how to "Break" the Generation Curse. The bible says, My People shall perish because of lack of Knowledge. We can break the generation curses in our families, once we are aware that they exist. This is an excellent book.
