I'm not sure why people are so down on this song. Here is my take:

The rhythm and bass are interesting and spacious, delicate and profound. The soft hammering on the the minor seventh adds a sweet complexity. Gucci adds a touch of gritty texture and compliments Mario's heart-broken singing. The vocal harmonies (which I believe may be Sean Garret's contribution) are absolutely chilling. Props to Bangladesh, Mario, Sean Garret, and Gucci for creating such a great song.

My favorite Mario song! Yea I said it, this song is nice. I can't believe all the negativity 'either. The video is on point, still watching it in 2013. I think if you watch the video w/the song you may get a stronger feeling for it.I wish he would come out with another one just like this one, I think this sound could put him at a Trey Songz type status no sh$$.

This song has a pretty nice beat to it. Mario flows with the song, but i think slow to med-tempo songs are his absolute strenghth!!! All of his other songs are beautiful. Sean Garrett has a nice voice on this track! I don't think they needed gucci mane on this song, in my opinion. Theirs no doubt, mario can sing, easily. I dig those other albums he did. mario, stick to your formula dog, sing the hell out of those slow-to med-tempo songs!! Sean Garrett, new guy on the scene, same for you. waiting on your album sean, if in progress.
