This book crystalizes what corporate line management needs to know about helping their people learn to perform more quickly. It also cuts through some of the mythology about learning and training that line managers have believed for a long time.The concepts are easy to understand and practical to implement. You can read this book on a two-hour plane ride, even if you get lucky and the airline is on time for a change. Indeed, the airlines should look into this book! People who make their living in helping others learn or managing training functions will see a new light in Breakaway. I highly recommend it. |
