Christian Slater hits it out of the park in this new show. The way that they have introduced the split personality and how they interact with each other and the others lives is very unique. That is to say that there has never been a show like this on any network and I have never heard of a film that rivals its intensity revolving around this story line. I don't like to predict but if the right people like this its a show that will be around as long as the Law & Order franchise.
Enjoy, I sure did.

Holds great promise. Christian Slater fits the bill to a "T",

"My Own Worst Enemy" is a unique show not because of those cliched split personality occurences but because the split personality is a complete contrast in itself and occurs at the most inapporpriate time. Slater stars as "Edward Albright", a special agent tasked to do the dirtiest jobs imaginable. He has no qualms about human life, has no respect for the enemy, and most of all takes advantage in every opportunity he sees an opening. He is practically a scum of the earth. A scum that is the perfect agent for a clandestine organization that deals in the dirtiest job few can handle. Then there is his alter-ego, "Henry Spivey". A family man, who loves his family, cares for his work, greets his dog and well, a great husband. Somewere in the middle, these two conflicting personalities inter-change in the most unsettling scenarios that Edward/Henry is left with a question mark on where he is, what he is, and all the while being riddled with gunfire. Henry/Edward needs to find a way to communicate with himself before his entire life shatters to a million pieces bringing his loving family down. If Edward/Henry fails to accomplish this, he will soon be his worst enemy.

This story is built around a wildly unlikely premise, but affords a wonderful playground for the talented actor Christian Slater. This pilot hooked me, and I've watched every subsequent episode of the series. I look forward to the new season.

I saw the previews for My Own Worst Enemy and I was excited because it looked like an original show. I mean one guy with two lives and he didn't know about it? The show had some high points, but overall it didn't deliver like I hoped it would and I found myself getting distracted while watching it.
