These are not run-of-the-mill recipes. I tend to search for recipes on-line, and have used cookbooks less and less over the years. I made an exception to buy this, and in fact, bought one as a gift as well. I highly recommend it.

First a confession; I bought this book for my girlfriend, as a romantic birthday gift and an amorous hint for great morning treatment. My store decision wsw based mostly on the attractive cover and the title. She's more of a cook the me so it was well received. I was the first to try it with the Oatmeal Peach Muffins, which came out perfect and served in bed went over very well. Since then we've made favorites of Spinach Mushroom Quiche and Rise and Shine Oatmeal. I'm not a complex cook and so I like having an open and easy layout and easy to read recipes with consistent results means a lot to me. On the down side, I wish there were more pictures, the pics there are good
