Over the years I have read and studied the Bible. however it wasn't until I read Breakfast with Jesus" that I got true insight into passages I had read over and over, Mr Laurie makes so many of the stories and passages easy to understand.

This really is a good way to start your day, each chapter is only 2 pages, it will lift you up and help you deal with the problems of your day...because you know you have Jesus leading the path for you.

Simple, quick, one to two page essays on key points of faith and focus on Jesus.

Great way, essential way, to start each day with focus outside self and on the path.

This is one of the most inspiring devotional type books I have ever read. It is very-- to the point. It gets better every day. I would and have recommmend it to anyone.

There are 84 chapters, each about 3 to 4 pages long -- I try to read one chapter along with my bible every morning. Makes a great way to start my day :)

If you like to read a nice short 2 or 3 page story relating to Jesus Christ and the bible each day then this is a perfect book for you. Mr Laurie has an effective voice and gives one an inspirational way to start each day.
I enjoyed this and re-read it often.

"Breakfast with Jesus" is one of those daily devotionals that becomes habit-forming! Mr. Laurie brings Jesus right into your home with anecdotal pieces supported by historical fact and Biblical truth. I have made this one of the first things I do each morning and plan to return to the beginning and start all over. You will want to buy copies for all your friends!

This book is so encouraging. It speaks of Jesus in a way I had not thought of before. It expresses love, obidance as well letting me know Jesus has covered my sin, past, present, and future. It has blessed me spiritually.

I HAVE HAD THIS BOOK FOR YEARS & READ ONE CHAPTER A DAY EVERY MORNING RIGHT AFTER MY DAILY BIBLE CHAPTER. I FINALLY ORDERED IT FOR MY 2 DAUGHTERS. I PRAY THEY WILL ENJOY IT ALSO & MAKE IT A HABIT AS I HAVE. TRY IT. YOU'LL BE BLESSED! THERE IS NO BETTER WAY TO START THE DAY.

Down to earth and very insightful. This book really helped me to get closer to our Lord. I have a more personal relationship with God by reading, thinking, talking and praying to him.

I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this book...excellent start your day with Jesus...its not only a good read it's a great help...I like the way it opens and leads... Breakfast with Jesus...I suggest everyone start the day this way...
