The seasonings were excellent but the small casings were a pain to work with. I ended up using dinner size sausage casings. It could have been me. Flush your casing at least three times so they're easier to work with. The hard part was getting them open to flush them. I now use a plastic funnel and it works fine. Delivery was timely.
