I don't follow a lot of tv shows as my life is busy enough as it is. That being said, I was intrigued enough by what I read in the sunday paper that I stayed up past my bedtime to catch the premier episode. I am also a fan of Brian Cranston from his earlier work on Malcolm in the Middle. I enjoyed the show immensely, and am glad I stayed up for it. Having recently turned 50 myself (as Cranston does in the first episode), the show touched on a number of issues I can relate to. His transformation from hard working, underpaid father to crystal meth artist will be interesting to watch, as will how he deals with his own moral dilemnas.
"I'm awake" he responds, when asked by his new drug partner why he was doing this (making meth). I guess that I will be awake as well, every sunday night to watch how this every day man continues to deal with his epiphany, his awakening. His mortality....

What if you had a paradigm shift, and suddenly the whole world looked different? What if you stopped following the rules? How many avenues would it open up? This walk on the bad side is a fascinating and humourous show worth tuning in for.

Kinda a little bit like Weeds but I wont hold that against them. It's a great comedy, well written and good acting by all. I think it has the potential that the Arrested Development pilot had. Bravo!

Great show! Unbox quality is horrible! The show is censored for language and content. The worst video quality I've seen from any online service - pixelated with shocking aliasing . It is disappointing to see a really great show ruined by censorship and inferior compression.

This show is truly brilliant for the first 2 seasons. The character depth and development is very natural and interesting for these seasons and I found myself completely addicted. The last episode of season 2 is awful, followed by consistently poor writing for the remainder of the series. The characters become stale and the storyline becomes unbelievable. Don't let this deter you though, the episodes that are good are wonderful!

This is a must watch! The show is fantastic. Amazing..very dark and very addicting

I would highly reommend this series to anyone looking to be entertained while having thier moral compass checked with reality in some folks lives. Bad, good...needful....is there a line that moves?...excellent acting a writing. Hope the series continues...

I've enjoyed every episode so far. I only hope to see what twisted tale unwinds for walt. Overall a great program.

I am one to give a chance to an actor in an "out of the box" role. The lead role of a meek chemistry teacher "Breaking Bad: into the world of illegal drugs is nothing less than perfect for Bryan Cranston. He has years of comic experience which fans like me have seen, but his dead-pan comic skills readied me to watch him in a dramatic rold, as he seems incredibly real and genuine. Who in this life has not wondered, what if I took this road - where would it take me? His choices take him to unexpected places and decisions, but the core of his character, a caring loving father, passionate about chemistry never changes. I am eagerly awaiting a second season. Don't miss this if you are looking for something new, refreshing, with a flawless blend of humor, drama, violence, and compassion.

Cranston and Everyone else in this is so great. I live in NM -- one of the scenes is 2 blocks from my house (that's why my wife and I started watching). Twisted story. Brilliantly acted and filmed. Love the music. We TIVO it every Sunday night ... but typically can't wait and watch it live. It's been a very long time since a TV show has been that good for us. Genius, Genius, Genius. I don't know what to say without burning my hands up with typing .... you've GOT to watch it. We (my wife and I) always feel more and more anxious about next week's show when this week's ends. Hungry for more.
