5.0 out of 5 stars Mitchell hits home, March 8, 2007
This review is from: Breaking the Barriers to a Longer, Healthier Life: To a Longer Healthier Life / How Your Diet Can Reduce the Risk of Heart Disease, Cancer, Stroke, Osteoperosis, Diabetes, Arthritis (Audio Cassette)
Dr. Mitchell in an interview with Doug Kaufman hits a home run. He describes how eating and excersising along with supplementation, can reverse and even cure ailments and disease. It was a fascinating interview, one I listened to several times. Well worth purchasing.
