Format: Paperback
Dr. Linda Mintle has authored an entire "breaking free" series. Each of the books is positive and powerful; each is an easy read, full of great ideas.

Here, Dr. Mintle focuses her attention on anger: what causes it, how we respond to it, and how we can move forward toward greater self-control.

The ideas in this book are practical, understandable, and they really work. Here is the kind of constructive, step-by-step help that many of us need.

If anger is a part of your own makeup, or if you deal with angry people on a regular basis, this book can help you move forward!
