Cop hunts serial killer,

Policeman on disability (Gary Busey) is plagued by nightmares of
his failure to catch a serial killer known as "the surgeon". The killer's trademark is that he stalks women and slashes their spinal column so that they are alive while their paralyzed body suffocates to death. Busey's character rejoins the police force when the killings resume. After catching a copy cat killer with his beautiful female partner, he realizes that the killer is active again and after his ex-(wife?) played by Kim Catrell. Usual thriller with some nudity. Kim Catrell has looked better. |
