This book is one of those books that changed the way I saw things--forever! There is certainly a way for women to MAKE IT in a man's world--just understand and use THEIR rules, because that's the only way they will play--and it is their turf. Don't like the fact that that's how the world is? Well, ok, you can argue that. But if you want to get ahead, KNOW THEIR RULES so you can play the game.

I was very fortunate to have taken this training in the 1980's, personally given by the author, Jinx Melia, under the sponsorship of the U.S. Government's Office of Personnel Management for women in the federal government. It was one of the defining moments that changed the course of my career propelling me towards success. What an eyeopener! I have since purchased it for every young woman I mentor, including my own daughters. It is a shame it is now out of print.
