The techniques presented in this video ARE NOT just about fostering more confidence. They are about fundamentally changing the way you view your world to get more out of life. If you practice these techniques and make them part of how you think, they will help you 1) have better relationships, 2) be happier with who you are, 3) be more successful in attaining any goal you choose to pursue, and, 4) generally enjoy life more. Yes, this video's contents can help you achieve ALL of those goals. There's an athletic background to the materials (since they are used extensively at the US Olympic Training Center), and Bill Adams had the insight to realize the techniques apply to all areas of our lives. So the DVD isn't just for athletes. West Point doesn't spend over one million dollars annually on something that wouldn't deliver broad, beneficial results to the Corps of Cadets, America's future military leaders. If Olympic athletes and West Point Cadets are using these tools to get more out of life, there's an excellent chance you can too.

Many people who don't maximize their performance don't lack skills or talent - they lack confidence. This video clearly lays out the "technology" of confidence building. It teaches the barriers to confidence and clear steps to raising the level of self assuredness in one's self. Bill Adams provides loads of examples to back the technology. The workbook is a great help in internalizing the concepts. This can be of great value to anyone who wants to raise their game to another level.
