About the Author
Henry Marsh became the second American male runner to make four U.S. Olympic track teams in 1988. His career culminated with thirteen straight years as one of the top ten 3,000-meter steeplechase runners in the world -- three years as number one. He has also held the American record for an unprecedented nineteen years in a row.
