The author gives new insight on how to become more than just a good team member. With self tests and situational models the book prepares the reader to capitalize on individual opportunities in team based situations. A good bible for the person who wants to be proactive in their career.

But he doesn't stop there. He provides sound advise for members and leaders to make your teams more productive.

Well written, and well organized. I consider the book essential reading for all managers.
