About the Author
Carrie Sanders earned her Masters degree in counseling from Seattle University with emphasis on the emotional impacts of cancer. Now a psychotherapist in private practice, she specializes in treating clients who have been impacted by cancer and clients who wish to make major life changes. Carrie plans to write several more books that address the needs of people diagnosed with various types of cancer. Carrie is a 20-year cancer survivor. She lives with her husband in Bellevue, WA and is expecting their first child in January.

This book is a great gift for anyone experiencing breast cancer. Its pages a filled with inspiration and invaluable information. When you have a loved one that has been diagnosed with breast cancer it is hard to find the exact/right words to say. Giving this book, as a gift, made me feel like I was helping them in some small way.
I have given away three of these books as gifts to friends with breast cancer and they all love it! I just ordered a couple more for teachers at my son's school.
