Book Description

Get a Workout for Perkier, Firmer Breasts

Ladies, men are not the only ones who should worry about keeping their pecs in shape. Only in your case, you have much more to lose from not doing so. If you want breasts that stand a little taller and are firmer to boot, you definitely need to be concerned about your pectoral muscles. Keeping these muscles in shape is the only prevention you can take to avoid having your girls being doomed to the cruel game that gravity will play over time.

In Rachel Howe's new best friend to your breasts, she not only tells you there is hope for all that womanhood has done to your chest, but she also gives you very detailed exercises that will bring a little spark back. She has put together an extraordinary book that has the answers so many of you have been searching for.

How Does Working out Help My Breasts?

You may be asking yourself how any workout guide could possibly help what is clearly fatty tissue. Well, Howe's book will do this for you in 3 easy steps.
  • Step One: This guide targets the pectorals which are the muscles beneath the breasts. When these muscles are in shape, it helps to make your breasts firmer.
  • Step Two: The exercises inside will greatly affect your shoulder and upper back muscles. This will work on shoulders that have become rounded or slumped throughout the years, and thus, create a better posture that will add lift to your breasts.
  • Step Three: The categories and combinations of exercises will do more than affect muscles that will affect your breasts. They also work out your overall core including your abdomen and lower back. This in combination with exercises targeting the rest of the body and a good diet will get you in top physical shape. This will probably result in weight loss and more toned breasts since most of that area is fatty tissue.

If You Feel Your Breasts Need a Little Extra Attention, Then Look No Further.

The 15 Best Breast Lifting Exercises for Women creates a real workout that will leave you amazed at the results. Many women feel that when they reach a certain age it is just natural to accept their breasts as is unless they want to have plastic surgery. However, that is just not the case. With a good exercise routine, you will never have to sacrifice your breasts to gravity.

Breasts will always be tissue, but when you add Howe's combination of. . .
  • Push-Ups,
  • Presses,
  • Flyes,
  • Rows,
  • & more. . .

to your workout routine, the muscles that surround and lie under the breasts will conform and shape them into something that is probably more appeasing to you. The fatty tissue will have no choice but to oblige the rest of the body. So if you are a woman who has lost all hope for her breasts and has no intention of going under the knife, this book has the answers you have been searching for.

4.0 out of 5 stars Change Your Body, Change Your Life January 2, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
It sounds like a radical statement and believe me, I don't say it lightly. I'd hidden my body under polo necks for so long, I'd forgotten I ever had a cleavage. I watched younger women around me in the supermarket with a kind of awe. I knew I had looked like that once but it seemed like such a distant memory, there's no way I could ever imagine that I could look like that again. I mean seriously, I can't emphasise this enough, I'd literally lived in polo necks and push up bras for about eight years. I started slow with this book. For a month I just did the wall and knee press ups. As I started to feel stronger, I moved on to the harder exercises, the chest press and the push-ups. Within two months I had moved onto the combo exercises. Now I spend a half hour every morning. I've changed my wardrobe, changed my attitude, changed how I deal with my kids, everything has changed and all because I decided to do a little exercise.

4.0 out of 5 stars Nicely illustrated September 14, 2013

I was happy to see illustrations of the exercises, and in some cases, they appear animated when you flip the page. Good job lining up the images! :)

I see a few that can be done at home, but most of them require a gym, unless you already own a bench and a set of barbells or dumbbells.

Not sure if the home-only exercises will do the job, but I'm going to try. :)

5.0 out of 5 stars Push-Up and Go Around the World December 17, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
When I first looked at this book, I thought, `those exercises can't work, they look too easy.' I thought for exercise to be effective you had to spend hours in a gym sweating like a builder. This book showed me that it's a gradual build up of muscle strength that really makes the difference and while the exercises look easy, if you're doing the properly, they burn just as much. I started doing the push-ups because I thought they'd be easy. Actually it took me a month to build up to do thirty. Then I got weights and started to do the chest press. After that I got one of those gym balls and started doing press ups that way. Finally I moved on to around the world arm exercises, which involves using the gym ball and the weights. Whoa, that was really tough at first, much harder than it looks but man, what a difference. These exercises may be simple but there's nothing simple about the results. They're amazing.

5.0 out of 5 stars Who Doesn't Want Perkier Boobs? January 31, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
When I saw this title I was sceptical. Exercise can give you perkier boobs? I didn't believe it. After two kids I accepted that nature and gravity had won the battle where my body was concerned and only a full body makeover would make any difference. But something in me made me give it a go. I suppose there was a niggling hope inside me and I was willing to try something that wasn't a drastic as going under the knife. Once I started my husband was really supportive and he even agreed to take the kids for an hour every evening so I could do my exercises. For the first month I was really shy about it but then I started to feel the difference. First in my arms. Then in my chest. Once I started to see small differences I started to work harder. Now I don't care if the kids are around or who's watching me. I proud of myself for sticking to the exercises and guess what? I've got perkier boobs, in fact my whole upper body has changed.
