This book is so great! It is a short, easy to read guide to breastfeeding your baby. The title tells it all, "Breastfeeding: Pure & Simple"! Great book for first time nursing mothers. Highly recommended!

Information is still current. Don't let the cheesy front cover pictures fool you :),

It has slightly more information than "Breastfeeding 101: A Step-by-Step Guide to Successfully Nursing Your Baby" but I would recommend either one equally.
