About the Author
God doesn t give you more than you can handle ... but sometimes I thought He had me mixed up with a cow in a field, somewhere! I am the mother of ten children, 6 boys, no lamps (the boys break them all) and 4 girls. My nom de plume, Long-Skirts, (aka Hilary McRee Flanery) I use to sign my poetry because I enjoy being a girl and after ten children it s a great way to hide one s multitude of sins...varicose veins. I have been writing short stories, books (Campin In Chicago) and poetry for many years but began publishing after our youngest child turned three.
