I would rate this product 5 stars except I did not get what was promised.

The reason for the low price is that you're not exactly buying a 3 pack. You're buying 3 tongue scrapers in a Zip Lock bag. So the "color coded" feature is entirely false. I shopped around and found several other websites admitting that you are buying a bulk pack (i.e. you're not getting this nicely packaged as shown in this photo). However, that's not what the Amazon resellers (such as reseller TeethNThings) are selling you here.

So if you can live with that, you're getting a good product. I feel deceived. This is a HYGIENE PRODUCT after all. I have NO IDEA if the person who placed my tongue scrappers in the bag even washed his or her hands.

Once I order the shipping price was reasonable. The distributor duplicated the shipping price, when complaining the distributor sent a rude comment showing his incapacity to communicate and apologize. This was his response to my review: Grow up. Complaining after the purchase about the shipping is like eating a whole steak at a restaurant then complaining it wasn't cooked enough. You KNEW the price in advance.

I don't brush my teeth without this product. I don't know how people can call their mouths clean without scraping their tongue. It gets so much gunk off and is very comfortable. Two sides, one softer than the other, allow for you to choose your comfort level.

This has to be the worst product sold here.
It doesn't work (not nearly designed for adults) and the return policy is barbaric!

If you want to order this product, and do not want the original product tampered, go with SmileMedic. They ship real quick and do not place the tongue scrapers in baggies. The product is left in its original package, so those who are concerned with hygiene can relax.

This tongue scraper was recommended to me by my dentist to combat bad breath. Let me first say that it works! My wife tells me that my breath has been much better since I started using this tongue scraper every time I brush my teeth. Highly recommended.

I tried other tongue scrapers and did not find them to be as effective as the BreathRx for removing gunk from my tongue. Also, I found that other tongue scrapers were more likely to make me gag when I tried to get to the back of my mouth (where the worse odor-forming bacteria live). You use the BreathRx tongue scraper by holding one end in each hand and bending the middle towards you -- you control its width by how much you bend it. (The reviewer that was scraping his/her cheek with it must have been doing something very strange.) There is a regular and a soft "setting" which you select by choosing which side faces you when you bend it. I find that the regular setting works well for me, but someone with a sensitive tongue might prefer the soft setting. With this tongue scraper, it somehow seems like there is less plastic in your mouth compared to tongue scrapers that have a handle. It does take two hands to use it, though.

Tips for use:
1. Use your tongue scraper BEFORE brushing. Somehow, that seems to reduce the chance of gagging.
2. Every once in a while, put the tongue scraper into the silverware basket of the dishwasher, so that it gets sanitized. Your tongue scraper will last a long time that way.

I have had this product before. I have found that they do exactly what they're supposed to do. Keeps my tongue clean and free of bacteria. Hence, no bad breath. This is a great invention. I used to use a tongue depressor, this is much better.

I use this every morning. I am constantly disgusted by the nasty stuff that is scraped off of my tongue. This scraper is easy to use, and is extremely effective. It beats the scrapers that are built onto toothbrushes by a long shot.

I also got mine in a plastic bag. Not really a big deal though, just clean before use.

I DO NOT understand how this product gets even a 3 star review! For anyone on here who claims that this product does not work either does not know how to use it or has SERIOUS breath issues that are beyond cleaning their tongue! I have to admit that after looking at photos of the flimsy looking tongue scraper, I was EXTREMELY SKEPTICAL about it cleaning my tongue properly but purchased it anyway. After it arrived and I read the super simple instructions on how to properly use it, I brushed my teeth and used it for the first time and my mouth has NEVER, EVER, EVER felt this clean! It actually SCRAPES the tongue clean unlike other tongue cleaners that has flat-edged surfaces to scrape or brush surfaces that are not as effective! This actually has ridges that scrapes the tongue and I can certainly FEEL the difference from other tongue scrapers and brushes that I have used! I know that this product does not look like it will work but, trust me- it absolutely DOES work and makes a difference resulting in fresh, clean breath. Brush, Floss, Scrape, Rinse with your favorite alcohol-free mouthwash and you are good to go for the day!

I got a tongue scraper just like this from a dentist several years ago and wouldn't be without it! Just bought 3 to give to my kids and husband.
