We use this in our steam shower and it's fantastic for opening up the lungs.

This is a favorite among all my clients! It opens the sinuses and eases sinus headaches. I definitely recommend this to those that suffer with congestion and allergies.

This is a very nice, sinus-clearing blend of essential oils. Put it on a cotton ball or breath it in out of the bottle to use. None of these oils smell overly-strong and gently provide fairly long-lasting relief of sinus congestion (and sinus headache for me).

This is my favorite blend of essential oils. It has lemon, eucalyptus, rosemary, and peppermint. A couple of people have said it smells like a cleaner, but I really like the smell.

On several occasions I have put it into a diffuser so I can inhale the mist through my mouth. It helped me get rid of a cough I had for nearly two years that I had acquired from a severe bout of the flu (and a subsequent less-severe bout of the flu a year later). I had tried Mucinex DM and a couple different prescription medicines, but the Breath Easy blend was the only product that permanently ridded me of my cough.

I have also sprinkled a few drops on my partner's pillow at night, and it greatly lessens his nightly congestion when I do.

I drink 1 to 3 drops of this blend in my tea when I'm about to get ill. I moved to a new state over a year ago, and was having a horrible time with sinus infections (I never had sinus infections until I moved). I can tell when I am about to get a sinus infection because I will start sneezing a lot, and sometimes my throat will start feeling tight or I'll have a little more difficulty hearing. I drink a little bit of the diluted Breath Easy blend, and my symptoms go away the same day. This approach has been effective for about the past five months, but I'm hopeful it will get me through the winter and spring time this year without any illness. I have also purchased some for my parents and my sister's family as part of their Christmas presents in hopes it will help them as much as it has helped me. ***Important note - never ingest eucalyptus or rosemary essential oils without diluting them and only ingest essential oils moderately.***

Smells good and is very reasonably priced compared to some other places I have checked. I would definitely recommend it.

I wanted to like this but it smells to much like pine sol the cleaning solution, So I did not enjoy burning it, I didn't try it in any other way for clearing my nostrils because the smell turned me off to it, but I will say the peppermint oil did a equal or better job at clearing the nostrils and it smells great. I suggest buying this and trying it if the smell doesn't work out get the peppermint it works too and I am going to continue to purchase the peppermint.

Love this oil. My daughter is bed ridden and depends on a cool mist vaporizer all year round. Sometimes we need to add oils to help her when she is ill. This blend is especially helpful when she has a cold. The price was nice too!
