Who knew that you could totally relax in 3 minutes? Eve's got one of those voices that soothes the savage soul. I love giving this CD as a gift to the people in my life who seem to have everythng or who simply make me crazy.

I have bought several relaxation CDs and tapes over the years, and this might be the worst yet. There is nothing instructional about it. What she fails to do is INSTRUCT people on how to breathe. In fact, you find yourself growing anxious because she is often telling you to breathe in when you're actually breathing out. She does not think enough about the pacing of her...

I have bought several relaxation CDs and tapes over the years, and this might be the worst yet. There is nothing instructional about it. What she fails to do is INSTRUCT people on how to breathe. In fact, you find yourself growing anxious because she is often telling you to breathe in when you're actually breathing out. She does not think enough about the pacing of her recording....and it's very distracting. INstead of helping you relax it actually BUILDS anxiety in you. There are plenty of other choices out there; don't choose this one.

Wow, I never new meditation could be so easy!
Her voice is relaxing and refreshing---put me in a deep state of relaxation. Must have CD!!!
