I've used the Breathe Right Nasal Strips since they were introduced and have been pleasantly surprised that they live up to the manufacturers claims. I've noticed more energy when used during daytime activities where extra exertion had left me a bit fatigued and short of breath. I've also been told by my wife that the Breathe Right Nasal Strips have lessened and almost completely done away with my snoring. I feel more rested.
Do make sure to follow application directions - clean the oily surface of your nose so that the product stays on. Even after
overnight use, the Breathe Right Nasal Strips are easily removed. I'm happy with this product and so is my wife.

This is the greatest thing to happen to sleeping since flannel pajamas! Finally, I can breathe -- deeply -- through my nose all night. I'm sleeping better and I'm more rested in the morning. My boyfriend's hooked, too. It's the best snoring cure I've found. I haven't had a cold or allergy lately, so I can't comment on their effectiveness for a really stuffy nose. My only caveats: be careful removing them or they can damage your skin! Also they look a little silly so I'd skip them on ""romantic"" nights. I will continue to buy this product regularly and have already recommended it to others.

This product really works. I have to admit I was very skeptical, but after trying it, I could actually breathe better. I recommend this product to allergy suffers or anyone who has a stuffy nose.

This product was great at clearing up stuffiness and I used it mostly when playing sports. They helped me breathe through my nose better. The drawback is that the strips tend to start coming off when you sweat. The ends lift up and it gets so annoying you just pull it off. I don't snore but I do breathe heavily while sleeping and it did help with that. Another drawback: the cost is pretty high.

The Breathe Right strips are excellent for those who have trouble breathing due to a cold, allergies, or even when exercising. The adhesive on the strips is strong enough to adhere without feeling that your skin is being stretched. The only problem I had with the nasal strips was that they were too big for my nose, so the effects were not as great. I would recommend this item, though, as an alternative to medication.

I felt a slight improvement in my efficiency in breathing, but it's hard to tell whether I actually reduced my level of snoring, as there were no witnesses to tell me. Care must be exercised when removing a strip, because if you don't wet it properly, removal will be painful.

I liked the Breath Right Nasal Strips. They kept my nostrils open all night, and I have had no problem with them lasting all night. As a matter of fact, until I started taking them off in the shower, they were still very secure when morning came around. I had a difficult time peeling them off until I got them wet and soapy. I also appreciate the fact that I don't have to take drugs to keep my nose clear at night.

I have suffered from sinus problems for the past 15 to 20 years and I was amazed with this product. The Breath Right nasal strips relieved my sinus congestion immediately upon applying the strip. I was able to sleep through the night and did not have any problems with my breathing. Prior to using the strip I had used many nose sprays, and various medications and nothing has ever relieved my suffering as much as this product has. You have definitely gotten yourself a new customer for the nasal strips. It also worked great for my children as well.

My Mom and Dad recommended these nasal strips, along with using the Breathe Right throat strips. Apparently, this combination has been the only thing that has made my dad's snoring more tolerable for my Mom. My Mom was clear that I should try the "Extra," and not the weaker versions of the nasal strips.

However, after having used them for several weeks, I can't say I've noticed any difference in myself. They did open my nasal passages more, it's true, but they didn't help me with my snoring or not getting a good night's sleep.

I guess each user is different. They may be worth your trying them: they worked (with the nasal strips) for my Dad, but not for me. They're inexpensive enough that they're worth a shot for anyone who has a problem with snoring or sleep apnea.

Breathe Right strips open my nose for better breathing. They really work. And you have seen this kind of nasal strip used by professional football players, on TV. I use the large, original tan variety at night when my rhinitis is at its worst, and if I feel congested on a day when I have to recline in the dentist's chair. I have tried (cheaper) strips by other manufacturers and they are not as good because they lack the strategic configuration that attaches the strip to a broad surface on each side of the nose. In stores, Breathe Right nasal strips are rather expensive. But by following Amazon.com and Ebay.com you can get the price down to as low as $0.20 per strip while buying in bulk. My last purchase on Amazon.com was the lowest price I have experienced for this product.
