anxiety. fear and hysteria.Its instructions and exercises, designed to support healthy child development, bring every child's birthright to life--- fresh, healthy. joyous breathing.! And every adult's too. This book would work delightful wonders in today's halls of government and business. By encouraging peace, well-being and vitality through a wide array of brilliantly creative stories, rhymes and rhythmic games, Nell Smyth gives us the directions we need to balance from the news! She shows us how to interact playfully with a new generation of children so that together we can all strengthen our inner poise and resilience to meet this very challenging sedentary electronic age.
I wish everyone would read this book, take it to heart, and discover happier and healthier full-breathing lives. It is written in the greatest teaching tradition that encourages openness of heart, soul and mind.

This is a fabulous and easy to integrate book. My son is 2 years old and I use this book daily to help my son, and myself, learn healthful breathing and grounding techniques. Every mother should own this book!
