This is also called a "Breathing Mobile Washer"--there are videos of it in use if you search for them online.
Mine was a little bit less expensive to buy from the outside source I purchased it from (Amazon won't let me link it for you, but it was not hard to find online), but it did take a fair bit of time for them to process my order. Just be aware that this Amazon listing is probably a faster way to get this item if you are in a hurry (especially if you are eligible for the Prime shipping). It IS the same item, tho.
The Mobile Washer itself is a pretty amazing little contraption. Except for the loose handle issue (other reviewers used glue to solve this problem--I probably will do the same)--which is the only reason why I give it 4 and not 5 stars--it is really a great product. I am always amazed at how much dirt comes out of my clothes. I wash mine in a 10 gal plastic tub, but a 5 gallon sized one will work, too. The rinsing is a bit more of a pain than I anticipated when I bought my Mobile Washer, but that is not the fault of this item. Just be careful how full you fill your bucket, as a lot of clothes plus a lot of water is HEAVY and hard to drain. If you plan to wash clothes by hand I can't imagine too many better ways of doing that. I will say that you really do need some kind of way to ring out clothes, unless you are fine with them being totally dripping wet when you hang em to dry, because wringing by hand just really does not get much water out.

Almost two years later, an edit to add some info about USING this item:
I was just reading some 3 star reviews and I noticed some folks just don't understand how to use this tool properly.

I read one review that said shipping was on the slow side ...WHAT??? Not from my experience......it was here in well under a week....delivered by FedEx on a SATURDAY at that. I immediately went to the basement to see if we had any 5 gallon buckets left over from pool supplies, and voila!! I was in business!!!! I cleaned it out, and immediately put in to use. It took me two loads (which would maybe be about 2/3 of one large load had I used my washer.) I was amazed at how dirty the water was. I think I may have used too much soap in my first load. The 2nd, I cut it in half, and my wash came out just as clean, but was easier to rinse. So, I guess there is a learning curve. I am very pleased with my purchase. Not only will I use it for camping, but I will also be using it for my everyday laundry. My front loader LG Washing machine takes over an hour for each load. I can do a load with the Mobile Washer from Emergency Essentials in about 10 minutes. Wringing isn't much fun. But there is a process that I read that I'm going to try as soon as I get 2 small plastic bushel baskets:

Laundry Basket Stomp: For a really cheap wringing method, all you will need is two small, circular plastic laundry baskets and a drill. Make several half-inch holes in the bottom of both baskets. To wring out your clothes, set them into one of the baskets with the basket either in a tub or outside. Set the other basket down on top of the clothes and press it down. If you have clean bare feet or flip-flops, you may opt to step into the second basket and use your body weight to press out the water. The water should leave the clothes out of the top and bottom holes as well as through the sides of the baskets. Just be sure to wring where you don't mind having runoff water.

Don't know how much water drains with this method, but it's worth a try! I also feel I should mention that this product is cheaper at Emergency Essentials than the other supplier here on Amazon.

I've been using a plunger and a bucket to wash my clothes for years. But they ain't making plungers like they used to. The last one I bought, the rubber tore apart after just a few washes. I didn't want to buy another crappy one locally so I went online and I was quite surprised to find an entire community of people using plungers and buckets to wash their clothes and that, people have been doing it for quite some time with the older metal versions being sold as antiques now. I heard about the "Magic Washer" over at Youtube and found it at Amazon. It is made of a very durable plastic. The stick has a metal tip that screws into a 3 piece assembly and it is nice and long so I don't have to bend when plunging. The base of the washer is wider than a regular plunger so it almost reaches the sides of the bucket which makes for more efficient result for my plunging efforts. I use a large potato salad bucket I got over at Burger King and, as a nice addition, I just picked up a basket that fits inside of the bucket so that, after I do the plunging, I can pick up the basket out of the soapy water and the water drains out with less stress on my back and I put the drained basket in another bucket filled with water to rinse.

I am very happy with the Magic Washer and would definitely recommend it.

The breathing washer does it's job well, if used properly. Be prepared for a little bit of a work-out.

It works best with one layer of clothes floating in shallow water. When one article of clothing is on top of another, the "breathing" action is diminished on the clothing beneath the top layer. So, using a 5-gallon bucket significantly limits the size of the loads, and washing in a shallow filled bathtub allows larger loads. In addition, if the water is too deep, it is more difficult to get the "breathing" action and the water tends to splash more.

By the way, it isn't really practical to use a 5-gallon bucket and a lid with a hole in it (to reduce splashing). The breathing washer is too tall for the bucket and lid, unlike the modified toilet plungers used with the lids in the YouTube videos (and the plungers probably work better with multiple levels of clothes).

If you intend to use the breathing washer while standing, you will likely need a longer handle (which is why I didn't give it 5 stars). Otherwise, you might be constantly stooping over to use it. I bought a 4-foot, screw-in, wooden handle from Home depot, but one could just duct-tape/strap/nail an old broom handle onto to the handle that comes with the washer. The included handle is sealed against water, but the 6-foot Home Depot handle is not.

I started out using two 5-gallon buckets in the bathtub, which means that large loads have to be split into several smaller loads for the bucket. That scenario also entails extra stooping and bending to dump buckets and transfer clothes from one bucket to another. This stooping/bending is compounded (which is compounded if you do a second rinse, like i do, inspired by this person: [...] ).
