Given that the main feature of this device is its flexibility, this flaw undermines its whole purpose. Two thumbs way down.
One note: Newer models of the iPhone-sized Spiderpodium have more flexibility to their arms. I'm hoping that the iPad-sized Spiderpodium turns out to be a similar situation.
Update: I contacted Breffo via their Web page, and I received an Email and a phone call within 24 hours. They asked for further info regarding my order, and after I provided that, I received a shipping tracking number within 24 additional hours. Going back to 5 stars! I love this thing, and I can't go back to using my tablet without it!
