I ordered this pack before reading reviews elsewhere, which seem to be fairly negative. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I really like this bag ... it is just what I was looking for. I was looking for a light, comfortable and thin bag to hold a laptop plus a few accessories and not much else. For me it is great for this purpose. At first I wasn't sure whether the sling-style bag would feel comfortable and secure. It is both. I also find it very nice looking, and has quite a few compartments.

I definitely wouldn't buy this bag if I needed to carry several books ever day nor would I buy it if I commuted via bike. But if you need a bag for taking a laptop and not much else between home and office via car/train/bus every day, this bag is great.
