This book is essentially a dictionary of mythology, with a simple one to two line description of terms. There is no real depth or focus, and for those who like illustrations for reference, they are absent as well.
A functional work for those with a limited attention span or mearly seeking a quick answer, but those searching for an in depth study of historical mythology will have to look elsewhere. |
