A wonderful companion to the first book. I've heard of people having all kinds of problems with their homebrew. I think it's a great idea to have a book that anticipates possible problems and help you avoid or fix them.

5.0 out of 5 stars BREWING BEER November 17, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Last week I purchased Dave's first book "Brewing Beer (4 Simple Steps To Your First Home Brew - With 40 East Peasy Recipes)." Dave leaves no steps unturned as far as I can see, he is very thorough in his books and this book is just as great as his first book. I've learned a lot about home brewing beer from his series and highly recommend you get this book and anything Dave produces, as his books are top quality and totally cover every topic you can image.

In "Brewing Beer Problems," Dave covers such topics as how to overcome slow Fermentation or if it stops altogether or slows with easy fixes that most people won't know unless they have his expertise and his book. Dave also covers what to do if you beer smells, legal issues, and so much more...He even offers a couple of bonus features.

Dave offers a complete A to Z way to make home brewing beer fun and leaves nothing to question once you decide to jump in. I highly recommend Dave's books and products as he produces high quality, in demand books that actually help his customers succeed while having a fun new hobby.

Here are a couple of other great books by Dave Homebrew Hendricks that I highly recommend and think you will enjoy.

This book was nearly as useful to me as the first book I purchased by Homebrew, "Brewing Beer: 4 Simple Steps To Your First Home Brew - With 40 Easy Peasy Recipes". It is well written and informative, helping me with several problems I was having. Your homebrewing experiences will certainly be different than mine, but this book will likely help you as well - Jim

5.0 out of 5 stars Problems pegged when brewing beer November 8, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
It helps to know what can go wrong, so you can spot it and fix it before it's too late. That is the most important virtue of Dave's latest volume on brewing beer. This book strips the problems down to their essentials and points you to a solution. Another good book by "Homebrew" Hendricks.

This is a useful companion book to DAVE'S first book, "BREWING BEER (Four Simple Steps To Your First Home Brew - with 40 Easy Peasy Recipes)". It is written in the same, easy to read and understand style and covers the possible problems that can arise in home brewing and how to manage them.
