It was cheap compared to the other openers of this style, but I have a few problems to point out.
Pros: cheap, compact, substantial, indestructable. It blends with keys well, and it has enough thickness to last a long while. It's impossible to bend by hand, solid steel. I like this type of opener.
Cons: for a bottle opener to work, you need, above all, leverage. This design has poor leverage by itself. It works if you pry and loosen the cap a bit, but it has no handle. you can't grip the head of the key and pop upwards. Sure, you could grip your other keys, but it would slip due to the key ring killing your leverage.
if you look at the "skeleton key style", it has a long handle with the tip working as the opener. That means the fulcrum is right behind the tip, with a comfortable handle giving you a major advantage in torque. (*I never tried the other style, but the shape is so much better designed from an engineering standpoint, I'd recommend it over this one.)
This design puts the fulcrum right in the center, the least efficient spot possible, especially in so compact a style. Ergonomically, you should make a "thumbs up" sign, put your thumb upon the cap, and pull straight up; the handle should fit that position. This is why you could use a plastic lighter to open a beer(see youtube), it has a good grip and fits the hand. A dedicated bottle opener should take less than 5 seconds to open a beer, this one could be outgunned by said bic lighter.
and although I don't see it as a minus, the steel is brushed rather than polished as they say in the overview. It looks better over time and hides scratches, which is nice when kept on a keychain. The product is well made and priced ok, but the flawed ergonomics and engineering holds it back. I'll use it for the time being since it does its job, but if I had to bartend or something, I'd look elsewhere.

Most of the reviews on this thing are super long for some reason. Thought I'd give a more concise version.
PROS: Solidly built. Conversation starter.
CONS: Doesn't work nearly as well as a conventional bottle opener.
BOTTOM LINE: Skip this product.

Key Bottle Opener
The item shipped to me is not a branded Brewzkey. It is sturdy, well constructed, hard, stainless steel. The bottom edges are not beveled like the brewzkey, simply rounded. It takes at least two attempts at different angles to pry to open a bottle -- the angle on the opening apparatus seems a bit too open. I do not know if an actual name brand brewzkey would function any better. I'd like to think that it wouldn't, if only because it means that I wasn't totally screwed over.
