This was a purchase for my five year old. She loved it, and still does, but the wings fall off very easily and the legs are fragile.

Read the review s before buying and strongly considered not getting. Thought about the mini horses but their manes weren't brushable. I think my niece likes but not big enough to have good play. The wings are cool bit better in the pictures. :-(

This pegasus is really pretty, but one of the hoofs broke off within 20 minutes of my daughter's playing with it. More a toy for display than one to play with.

What can you say, it's a Breyer. It is reasonably anatomically accurate, it's quality made. It is NOT made to be a toy for a young child to play with: the legs are thin and will snap, and the wings will tear off. It's a small horse, Stablemate sized.

This as a awesome horse! But it is not well suited for play, it's legs are to small and fragile. It is pretty but it is very fragile. If you have a small child I would not suggest this product, it would be too easily knocked over. If you want this for display this is an awesome horse! I gave it four stars because it isn't very good for play.

My daughter loves these things, she has all of the horses and knows them by name. Unfortunately, the wings are VERY fragile and the legs break off. She isn't any more destructive than the average 5 year old, these are just very delicate toys.
