5.0 out of 5 stars Seabiscuit, November 19, 2008
A Kid's Review
= Durability:4.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Seabiscuit  (Toy)
Seabiscuit is a beautifully shaded bay, traditional sized, breyer version of the real race horse. He is one of my favorites and he even has chestnuts on the insides of his legs. He's walking easily with his head low,the way you see calm horse walk onto the track. His face is extremely detailed.

It is beautiful, and durable, but none of the tack that I have actually FITS on the horse! I don't have that racetrack tack, but I'm sure that that won't fit either.

To me, Breyer horses should be viewed not only toys but rather as collectables. They are quite fragile and scratch and break easily, so they should only be given to kids above age 10. You can buy or even make little accessories such as saddles, bridles, etc. and they are a LOT of fun!

To a true Breyer enthusiast, this horse is well worth the price. This horse, Seabiscuit, is just as good as many other Breyers out there.

I was just wondering... is this model a classic or a traditional? He looks beautiful, but I don't own him, I just wanted to know what size he is.

5.0 out of 5 stars Breyer Model Seabiscuit, April 5, 2004

Seabiscuit is a racehorse who won many races and you see this is Seabiscuit not Man O War. Seabiscut is a great Breyer model and is very fun to play with and will go nicely with race tack to be ready to run a huge race track. P.S Man O War is Seabiscuit's father.
