This product aids in my breathing tremedously. I use it nightly when I sleep and I use regularly when I exercise, especially when I do cardio. I feel SO much better than I do when I use medicine. It works better than a nasal strip plus I don't have to worry about adhesive not sticking. I recommend them to anyone who has any nasal issues.

It works!

First however, I admittedly am a very hard case. I tried the nose breathing strips for my deviated septum, almost permanent sinus infection and permanent allergies and it never fully worked. With Brez large-size nose oval (flexible rings), they initially did not work but finally did magnificently.

First I tried the medium Brez size and it did not work. Then I tried the large Brez size and followed instructions and it did not work.

Finally I disobeyed the instructions and I put in the large size brez ovals in the vertical position (not horizontal as recommended and which is not in the instructions) and it worked but left my nose sore for a while. However, after sticking it out for a month, I built calluses and now I don't even know they are inserted in the nose...and finally something really works.

The only negatives are that they are a bit pricey and it might take putting the nose ovals into a vertical position if you are a hard case like me.

Don't take my case as usual, because as I said I have a hard case...but it is worth the extra trouble if you just stick it out.

Highly recommended!!!...just stick it out and it will work.
