I have had two operations for a deviated septum and still I could not breathe through my left nostril well. I tried the nose strips and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't.

Then I tried the Brez devices. It works! However, I have had to modify its use.

I have to insert it vertically and not horizontally in the left nostril. It took me a month this way to get used to it...but it works.

I highly recommend it.

I have tried other methods to control my snoring but none have worked as well as BREZ. Finally, my wife can get a good nights sleep. Definitely worth a try to see if they work as well for you as they did for me.

I am a pharmacist and received a sing Brez packet in the mail as a sample. I almost threw it out, but decided to keep it for my husband. He has a deviated septum and has snored forever. I gave it for him to wear, and it was a miracle! He didn't snore at all! He loves this product and has asked me to buy him some more. He has never tried anything similar (like breathrite strips), but he loves this. It is definitely worth a try.

I started using Brez when a friend introduced me to the executive team. It is important to take the time to choose the right size, but once you find it, MAN OH MAN! It is very comfortable and helps tremendously. I cannot recommend it enough!

I, too, am a pharmacist and got a sample of Brez in the mail. My husband wore one last night and I slept wonderfully!! I did not hear him snore once! He said after about 5 minutes, he didn't notice he was even wearing it. I'd definitely recommend this product. I just wish we carried it at my pharmacy.

I really am amazed this has such positive reviews. This is basically a pair of silicon rings you stick in your nostrils. They sort of expand the opening of your nose, but not enough to compensate for their thickness. The resulting opening is smaller than before, with no affect on the rest of the nasal passage. I really don't get this product.

If you think your snoring is caused by anything other than the outermost part of your nostrils, then I don't see what this will do for you. It didn't help me.

I really think you need the right size and to insert them correctly to feel the benefits. If you get a size that is too small, then they won't do anything for you. Very, very good product.

I bought this for my daughter who does have a problem snoring. It didn't work.

I've used the Brez aid for about a year. I was having difficulty breathing from my right nostril due to a deviated septum. The aid enables me to breathe through my nose at night and lessens my waking up from snoring since I'm not breathing from my mouth as much. I wash and reuse each aid until I notice a give in the elasticity. One can last for up to a month without any noticeable difference in how they feel or work.

I have very small nasal passages.

My left side is narrow low down on the fleshy part of my nose. These inserts work well for that nostril and provided some relief.

My right nostril narrows higher up and it appears to be more rigid cartilage there. The insert did not work on my right side in fact it made that side worse: since the nostril was rigid and couldn't be widened the insert was just an obstruction.
