What a gorgeous escape into an inner world. And that is why this video works, why it connects, why it is such a wonderful artistic endeavour - because here is this one man (Brian Eno) who has shown us this remarkable dreamscape and yet it resonates for us. Since dreams take place exclusively in our inner worlds, they usually remain our property, so to speak. Even when we try to transmit the magic of a dream to someone else, it loses so much in translation that we are bored to death. But here is a dream that is transmitted to us with such purity that we are swept gently away. At least, I was.
