The hoopskirt is light, and the hoops bendable so they can be "folded" smaller for storage. They seem resilient and strong, and the fact that they are adjustable is very handy for matching the style of dress that you have. Perfect for a victorian-style dress. The waiste is as stated and truly can fit any size waiste, though the shoelace style drawstring can be a bit cutting if cinched snuggly; pinning the hoopskirt to your dress allows a looser drawstring and ensures the hoops won't sink down and show below the skirt hem.

I am happy with quality of hoop. I have very full aline gown and this helps create enough fullness. The best part is the adjustable capability giving the option to delete any unwanted fullness.

I purchased this hoop skirt for my wedding. I had a very heavy dress with scratchy tulle on the underside, and I wanted to keep it away from the skin on my legs. I've had issues with things like tulle irritating my skin, and I didn't want to take any chances on my wedding day.

The hoop skirt did exactly what I needed it to. It made the skirt of my dress lay properly, and kept the tulle away from my legs. As an added bonus, it helped keep me nice and cool, since air could circulate under my dress more easily.

It's made nicely, and is very simple and easy to wear. I would suggest (especially for larger women) pulling the top of the skirt up so it rests just below your bra strap. That way there's no chance of seeing the hoop peeking out below your skirt or dress.

I got this for a Victorian gown I wore to a costume party. Worked perfectly for what I needed, the only down side is that the hoops become harder to adjust the smaller you make them and storage is a little annoying.

I bought this to put in a dress-up trunk for my granddaughters. They absolutely love it, and even the little ones put it on and tie it around their chest. I wish it came with instructions on how to store it small like it was when I purchased it. It came in a small box and when I opened it, the hoops fanned out. Very well made. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a moderately large hoop. My oldest granddaughter plans to use it for her paegent this summer.

I wore this under my wedding dress and it was perfect. Good length, adjusts for what kind of volume you want, and is light weight and easy to maneuver in. The only issue I had with it was that it was a little difficult to adjust the further in you tried to take it.

Each hoop is adjustable steel boning, which can collapse like a wire laundry basket for easy storage/transport. I used it for a Victorian costume.

The hoops were too wide for my skirt before adjusting them, which means they should be enough to fluff up any skirt - even Southern Belle dresses.

I've never worn a hoop skirt before, so this was something of a learning experience. But the petticoat didn't peek beneath the hem of my skirt, and except for catching my heel in the bottom hoop a few times, it was great.

I really love this hoop skirt. My wedding dress is somewhat heavy so I got this to help hold the dress up and give it shape. I would highly recommend it. It is very light weight, easy to move around in, easy to sit in, the rings are adjustable and it's a lot of fun to wear.

I don't know if the particular product I got was flawed, or if it was as designed, but the photograph has a clear image of three concentric circles all moving outward from the body. What I got was a skirt with one small circle and two of the same size below it. It looked like a victorian bustle, except instead of positioning on my rear, it was all around me, just making me look oddly shaped.

I've never used it, and when I contacted the seller to attempt a return, I never heard back.
