This review is from: The Bride Came C.O.D. (Harlequin American Romance, No. 505) (Paperback)
I bought this for a penny so I'm only out $4 with shipping but it wasn't very well spent as far as I'm concerned. I bought it because I like mail order bride type stories and this was far from that as well as a romance as far as I'm concerned.
Briefly without giving it away it was about undercover agents, bad guys and a scientist creating a secret formula all taking place in Nowhere, Alaska in a small cabin. I kept reading waiting for a good part that never came. About 75% of the way thru I was reading only dialogue to get through it faster. I still gave it 3 stars because any attempt at writing is at least worth an average grade, it's better than I could ever do. I hope you prove me wrong and enjoy it. Happy Reading |
