I used one of these for a shirt for my sister and it was so simple to use! I had no problem getting it to stay on. There weren't any directions so I used a handtowel to lay between the iron and the iron on aplique. I was scared I may burn the shirt if I didn't. I would iron it on for about 30 seconds or so just to be sure. It has been almost a year and after several washings it is still on the shirt!
