This diet is amazing. I have battled diabetes, high blood pressure, and being very overweight for years. This diet was so easy. Your food intake does NOT leave you with that gnawing hunger that accompanies most diets!

My results are amazing! To date, I have lost 36 pounds and have gone from taking 40 mg of Benicar to control my blood pressure to taking nothing for blood pressure, as it is now well controlled with NO meds! My daily insulin dosage is down to 50 units from 70 units! I have at least 50 more pounds to go, but know I can do it with this diet.

A wonderful book for women of all ages that want to feel better and look better.! A lot of information about nutrition and advice for a healthier life style. The exercise photos are very helpful in order to follow a daily work out. The book is my newly found daily bible for looking my best!

I am currently working on this book from my doctor to help me lose weight. The author of this book is my docotor:) i couldnt be happier. This book has helped me in so many ways. My starting weight was 295 pounds and since ive followed this book and with his help im down to 250 right nowe and its only been a few months. i have so much support from him and his nurses at the Eaton medical office. My goal weight is 150. I no i can do it because i have his help and the help of the book. Everyone should follow The brides guide to quick weight loss. From my experience you have to be willing to do this and i was. If i can do it, so can you. Even though im alomst done with the book doesnt mean i really am, you can start over and do it againn. it wont hurt. Im glad i made this choice to read this book and follow through with everything because i feel so much better. A positive thing about this book is you have a free day but heres a tip i got from the author, dont over do it, control your mind. Another thing is you dont have to be a bride to follow this book. For whoever else bought this book and is following through with it i wish you great luck!

Summer is here! This book has helped me unlock my weight loss/fitness secret. I've lost another 15lbs, 21 inches and back in a Size 2!!! 80% is diet and once I gave up wine and stuck to the diet the last 15 lbs melted off. Best of all I feel so energized!!! You don't have to be a bride to appreciate this book...think swim suit season!! I love the cardio days!! It keeps it interesting. Also, after 3 days my cravings really diminished!

So, I started this program last week and I am really excited about it! First of all, the book was so quick and easy to read so I could get started right away. Lots of nutritional info and the strength pictures are so helpful. What I love most is that the exercises both strength and cardio go by very quickly because you are changing it up during the 30 min. I do have to say that my first day of strength seemed pretty easy but boy did I feel it over the next few days! Which is a great thing! The food portion of the program is easy to follow as well and I don't feel hungry at all. All in all I think this is a great book and I can see myself using it not for just the 31 days but continuously.

I was hesitant at first because I am Gramdma and I was not sure if the book was right for me. But, I can tell you this book is definitely for women of all ages and the exercises and meals created by Dr. Rob are simple and easy to do. I love the pictures of "Dee" because she shows you exactly how to do the exercises. And the book is easy to carry with you. I had back issues in the past and the exercises have made my back feel better too. I would recommend this book even if you are older.

I LOVE IT!!! I started this April 1, 2013 and as of June 1, 2013, I am down 30lbs!!! This really works and he is very encouraging throughout the book! I keep my diet up and same with my workouts! I never get bored because I am always doing something different! I 100% LOVE THIS BOOK!!! GET THIS BOOK!!!!! :-)
