Love the golf balls -- as they advertise, the dimple pattern helps take spin off the ball for straighter drives! I would definitely get these again.

I'm 63 and looking for extra lost distance off the tee and tried these Bridgestone e'6s.....The ball has great feel off the irons and woods, but lacks a lot of spin. I am going to drop to the e-5 that has the same distance characteristics but more spin that the e-6. Great value for the price!

After many stubborn years I have finally realized I can't hit the 'tour balls' (ProV) with any consistent distance or accuracy. So I tried the Bridgestone E6 and I am a believer. I'm at least 20 yards longer on drives and probably 10 on my irons with a lot less fade/slice. The ball has a nice feel. A little less bite on the greens than the ProV, but in no way a 'rock'. This ball is truly helping my game.

I wrote this review for the E5, which applies for the E6:

I purchased a box of Bridgestone E5 and E6 golf balls from Amazon. I prefer the E6 over the E5. The E6 seems to be more forgiving off the tee and I don't feel much of a difference between the two around the green on the short game. For putting, the E5 is slightly better feel, seems to come off the putter better.

Summary: I'm using the E6 off the tee, and switch to E5 when marking my ball on the green for putting.

I still consider this ball is the best an average golfer could ever hope to play. It has a long playing life and its as good a ball considering its feel and the way you can work it around the green. It has the best feel of any ball I have ever played and the price is right in line if not better than any comparable ball.

I am not sure if I am getting better (probably not) or if the equipment is. These play as long as any ball I have tried, as soft as any around the green and I will buy these again, or maybe try the E7 which I have read the reviews on. Great value for the money, back off the ProV1's.

Great for intermediate player, older player, or anyone with a reduced swing. My neighbor who is a scratch palyer and plays with many groups at local country club sees many players using this ball. And price on Amazon is reasonable compared to buying at Dicks or golf shop.

The Bridgestone E6 are far superior in performance for the average golfer than anything I've ever played. I am 62yoa and just getting back into the game, normally at my best 250-260 is the longest off the tee. I averaged 20-25 yards longer per drive by switching to the E6 at the insistance of the club pro. After purchasing a sleeve I returned to the club house and discovered that I could buy a dozen for $28.10 that included tax. This price was not a sale item, this was their normal price.
