Brilliant,
This review is from: Bridging The Gap (Audio CD)
This is a perfect example of how rap music should be done. "Bridging the Gap", the 2nd single off Nas' upcoming album, "Street's Disciple", is a mix of blues and rap, and it works to perfection. The harmonica-based beat is reminiscent of the Outkast's "Rosa Parks", and Nas' flow & lyrics are on-point, as usual. Nas even has his own father on the hook. "Bridging the Gap" even has a little bit of radio appeal, and will definately be making "Street's Disciple" a hot commodity when it finally does come out.

this is great with nas and his dad doing this cause it sounds good and hasn't really done before by anyone. the chorus is:
I was born In Mississipi I was young and runnin wild when I moved to New York City And I had my first child I called the boy Nasir All the boys called him Nas When he was young I told him He'll be the greatest man alive Yeah this is a dope track and Nas fans'll like it. All of Nas music is good and he is one of my top 10 rappers
