4.0 out of 5 stars One of my favorite history/theory texts!, April 8, 1997
By A Customer
I've recently ordered this book and have just finished reading it. I'm currently using it as a material source and guide for a Music Theory/History course I teach a an Oklahoma High School. Sadie's text is well written and accessible to high school students. I highly recommend it
