3.0 out of 5 stars Wouldn't buy this one again, November 26, 2005
This machine makes a good espresso. However, it is not the easiest machine to use. The filter holder is so difficult to lock in that I have to use two hands - one hand on the machine and the other hand trying to lock in the filter holder. The owner's manual contains several inaccuracies and the frother is too low. I use a small frothing pitcher and I still have to lift the machine to get the pitcher out from under the frother (unless you make a very small amount). If it were at an angle or higher it would be easier to use.
