Briggs & Riley @ Work = excellent choice, July 9, 2009
This review is from: Briggs & Riley @work Rolling Expandable Computer Case Black (Apparel)
This is a fantastically well-made and sturdy computer case. It has a ton of pockets and a nifty accessory pouch (perfect for cables, small hard drive, etc). The zippers are very sturdy and accommodate a good deal of overstuffing!
The casters roll easily and are replaceable, should you frequently damage them (like me). The handle extends to a nice height, which enables a tall person (like me) to not have to stoop over while wheeling this around. It fits beautifully into an overhead bin or under the seat in front of you.
There is a well padded sleeve that easily accomodates a 17" laptop. This zips out of the bag, and can pass through TSA security gates. Very handy!
The one thing that most attracted me to the product is the Briggs & Riley warranty:
If your Briggs & Riley bag is ever broken or damaged, even if it was caused by an airline, we will repair it free of charge.
Money well spent.

All they claim, February 22, 2010
This review is from: Briggs & Riley @work Rolling Expandable Computer Case Black (Apparel)
It's everything they claim it is. I love it. I suppose If I could ask for anything else, it'd be a version that is always expanded (no zipper to make it smaller, and perhaps a catch snap for the shoulder strap. The strap is great for stairs etc. but when not in use it can drag if you don't have it positioned correctly. these are minor points though. It is extremely well engineered, and manufactured.
