Great product. My wife overloaded it with purchases from our vacation and we used the expandable zipper that worked very well. The zippers are made from quality materials. I love the compartments as they are obviously well thought out and the exterior is durable, doesn't show dirt and is abrasion resistent. The pull handles as well as the other handles are ergonomically designed and work well. I would consider buying this brand again.

We travel several times a year. My husband bought one two years ago. I finally broke down and bought my own. What was I waiting for????? It is great. All the features and more. Perfect for long or short trips with great features for todays airline travel - pockets, storage, access, and still fits in the overhead.

Really like this bag, it's roomy and has the handle mechanism on the outside, where it does not create a hump in the bottom of the bag. There's a nice little compartment between the rails on back that is useful for all sorts of things.
