Great bag, but doesn't fit wheels or handle in overhead bin.,

I was so excited to get this bag, it covered all my needs for a week long trip. Handles two suits and 4 shirts with all extras I need to fill out the week and everything comes out pristine on the other end.
The one trouble and it is a big one is this bag does not fit wheels or handle in any plane I have flown on, (757, 767, 737 - many variants, A318...) The only way for the bag to fit is turned sideways, and with all the airlines charging for luggage the room in the overhead bin is at a premium, I have a problem taking up two spaces. This comes from the fact that to get suitcase to be dual sided it needs to have hard side walls and will not compress to fit in the bin. If this bag was 21" shorter it would be the perfect bag. |
