Original music, tender and a bit melancholy,

I really like Jason's music. My favorite on this album is the Messed Up Everywhere Blues. He's not easily compared to another artist, but rather has a range of style, all of which has a tender spirit and a bit of melancholy, while stopping significantly short of angst. It comes across as genuine and relate-able.
